Payment verification

Every new account has a spending cap of €250/month for active subscriptions. This limit can increase if reliability in payments is demonstfeed over time.

No, the basis of our current and future subscriptions will always be cancel anytime, meaning the maximum commitment is monthly. You can decide to cancel your subscription or change your product whenever you want.

If you have done the SubbyxMatch and did not match the product you wanted, you can try to redo the match by entering different criteria. It is not always love at first sight 😏. Alternatively, try entering the name of the product you are looking for in the search bar, always visible at the top right of each page.

Once the subscription confirmation is received, your order is processed by our team. Subsequently, as soon as the device starts its journey to you, we provide you with a link to follow its steps. At any time, check your personal area to stay updated on the progress.

Every device for which you subscribe to your sub is covered free of charge by protection for all accidental and non-accidental damages, with the sole exclusion of theft. To proceed with the replacement of the device, you only need to communicate the damages to our Team by writing to sos@subbyx.com.com.

We hope it doesn't happen 😮 If this eventuality occurs, our protection does not yet cover theft, so the cost of the device will have to be covered by you. The value of the asset will be determined based on the current market value. You will need to write to sos@subbyx.com to report the incident, file a report, and then we will define the payment terms with you.

The first evaluation is instantaneous and only takes the time it takes you to answer the few and simple questions in our “Evaluate your device” box. For the actual confirmation of this first evaluation, we need to receive your device, after which it can take up to 15 working days.

To subscribe to your sub, you can use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards or your Google Pay wallet. You can change, add, or delete payment methods at any time. Remember that there must always be at least one accepted payment method.
