Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for the planning, reporting and controlling activities in order to monitor and improve business performance.

A few examples of your daily tasks
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial information
- Preparation of analytical accounting (reconciled with general accounting) to properly monitor business activity
- Collaborating with other departments to budget, forecast, and business plan preparation and review with the CFO
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to monitor and improve financial performance with Power BI
- Analyzing historical financial data, designing and monitoring an adequate set of KPIs and financial metrics to assess the company's financial performance and progress towards goals
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Collaborate with the Administrative Department and with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Is this you?
- At least 5-6 years of experience as senior controller or similar role in multinational/large companies
- Financial savviness and fluency with business analysis metrics
- Extensive knowledge and capabilities in budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Team-work and goal-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently with high problem solving skills
- Down to earth and open to take a step back if needed
